Do you offer out-of-hours service?

Yes we do. We firmly believe in giving our very best service to you at all times.

During busy periods, such as harvest, we extend our opening hours and outside of these extended hours you can call our main telephone number 01625 422489 will give you a recorded message on who to call.

Do you offer delivery on parts?

We can offer a number of delivery options including: Royal Mail, timed Courier deliveries and on some occasions we can deliver certain parts in the ‘local’ area directly to your door. Please ask at the time of ordering if this method is available for your order.

What are your delivery charges for parts orders?

Whilst we cannot offer ‘fixed’ delivery charges due to different weights and different sized parcels depending on your order, we are more concerned that your goods arrive in the time you asked for them, and so we are prepared to pay that ‘little bit extra’ to guarantee your goods get to you in perfect condition and in the time scale you request.

We use only reputable couriers and because of our special rates this ensures you always get excellent value for money and a first class delivery service.

Can you deliver my machine?

We do offer delivery, but where possible we always ask for your discretion to collect smaller items. This helps keep our costs down and allows us to give you exceptional deals all the time.

What payment options do you offer on machinery?

We can accept: Cash, a cleared cheque, BACS payments, CHAPS payments, Debit or credit card payments (although we reserve the right to make a small charge to cover the transaction costs if using either of these methods).

Pplus we also offer a range of finance options through our finance companies.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Yes we do and if you are accepted we provide 30 days from the date of invoice on goods and services, but not machinery. Credit accounts can be withdrawn at any time though if payment terms are not met in accordance with our terms and conditions.

How can I pay for my goods or service bills?

You can pay in person by cash, credit/debit card (there may be a small transaction fee if using either of these methods) or by cheque. We also accept electronic payments and you can pay over the phone with a credit/debit card.
